Can I check my mail through Outlook and Outlook Express?
Yes. You can check your mail through
all major mail-clients including Outlook, Outlook Express, and Eudora.

How
much storage am I allowed per mail account?
You are only limited by the amount of disk space on your account,
however,
in order for your account to function
properly, it is recommended that you not exceed 20 MB's of e-mail
per mail account.

Do you offer mail forwarding and auto-responders?
Yes. We do provide auto-responder and mail forwarding at no additional cost to you.

Does my mail count towards my total disk space?
Yes. Your total mail left on the server
will count towards your overall storage space. It is recommended
that you clean all old mail off the server in a timely manner as
to avoid any email problems.

Do you provide mailing list with your packages?
We do provide a mailing list with
our Professional and Commerce packages at no additional charge.

How do I access my web based e-mail?
To access the web mail feature of
your hosting package all you need to do is type yourdomain.com/squirrelmail/
into the address bar of your web browser. You will then be asked
to enter the username and password of the mail account you wish
to check. You can also find a link to your web based email
in your control panel.

Would I still get e-mail if my domain name expires?
No. If your domain expires
all mail sent to your account would be returned to sender.

Where do I go to set up my e-mail accounts?
To set up an e-mail address on your
domain all your will need to do is log into your site control panel
and click on "mailboxes/users". Here you will set up your mail
accounts as well as making any administrative changes to your account.
You can also give a user a specific amount of disk space and even
create a subdomain for them if your package has that feature.

Is "spamming" permitted through my account?
No. We do not permit spamming of any type on our servers.

How do I change the contact E-mail address?
You can change all your information
including contact e-mail address through your billing control panel.
